When you deposit your key for the first time, a Keycafe fob needs to be attached to the key. The Keycafe fob is used to track who picks up and returns your key and when.
The fobs are accessible from the fob drawer.
- When you Drop Off your keys for the first time, you will retrieve a fob from the fob drawer which is immediately left of the Smart Box screen.
- Please attach the fob to your keys.
- The fob will be scanned during the Drop Off process so that the unique identification inside the fob will be associated to the key in your account.
- Please note, the fob should never be removed from your keys. In the event the fob is lost, please contact our 24 hour Customer Support at 1 855 763 8850 for a new fob to be linked to your account at no additional cost to you.
