What if my phone number does not work at the Keycafe terminal?
- Log into your account and click "My Account" in the top right to view the phone number that you used to set up your account.
- Ensure that you are entering the number correctly at the terminal. You may edit the number and click "Update" to refresh if the issue persists.
- If the phone number is correct, please check your key access to ensure that you are at the same Keycafe location as your keys.
